OOBAXS™ was founded by Alan M. Frank in 2007 as a direct result of his extensive experience and innovation in Out-of-Band Access & Control principles and methodologies that has contributed to his 30+ years of expertise in the industry Alan worked under the Avocent Services Division during the the global introduction of KVM-Over- IP. During the Analog to Digital transition of 2009 OOBAXS™ Introduced prototypes of IHSE High- Performance KVM into the United States initially with customers; Skywalker Sound, Technicolor Sound Studios at Paramount, and Shapeshifter Post. The introduction of the first Digital KVM solutions directly affected the paradigm shift within the industry.
